Cancellation Policy for Arrivals from May 1st to October 31st

1. Reservation Deposit:

• At the time of booking, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required.
• The deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date:
• You will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a $25.00 processing fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Cancellations made 3-29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date:
• The entire deposit will be forfeited.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within this period.
• Cancellations made less the 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date:
• The guest is liable for entire stay.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within this period

No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled the reservation, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Early Departure:
In case of early departure, the remaining nights of the reservation will still be charged.

Modification of Reservation:
Modifications to the reservation, such as changes to the check-in or check-out dates, are subject to availability and may affect the cancellation policy.
